Why does Wheel Bee use green LED light instead of other colors? The human eye perceives colors with wavelengths from about 400 nanometers (violet) to 700 nanometers (red). This range, from 400 to 700 nanometers, is called visible light or the visible spectrum. The human eye is most sensitive to the middle range of this spectrum – around 555 nanometers. Green light has this wavelength, making it the most visible color for humans. That's why Wheel Bee uses green light for better visibility and safety on the road.
