Shipping and payment conditions
The prices stated on the product pages include VAT and other price components.
In order that we can always offer you the best deals at fair prices, our minimum order value is €10.00 to cover costs. The delivery charge in Germany is a flat rate of 4.99 EUR. From a purchase value of 30,- EUR we deliver carriage paid within Germany. Please note that we may have to charge you an island surcharge. Delivery can be made in several parcels if this is necessary due to the volume or weight of the goods. Delivery is carried out by DPD. Shipping to packing stations is not possible.
We deliver not only within Germany, but also to Austria and selected European countries. The ordered goods will be delivered within approx. 1-2 working days after full payment.
Please note that table tennis tables are only shipped within Germany and the shipping costs vary. Delivery by a forwarding agent takes place within 5 - 10 working days after ordering and is delivered to your front door. The delivery date is agreed directly between you and the haulage company. Please enter your telephone number when ordering so that the haulage company can contact you as quickly as possible.
Please also note: Different shipping costs, delivery times and regulations apply for deliveries outside Germany.
Shipping is not possible for the following areas / countries:
United Kingdom (GB), Switzerland (CH), Norway (NO), Ireland (IE), Bulgaria (BG), Monaco (MCO), Andora (AD), Gibraltar (GI), San Marino (SM), Canary Islands (IC), Greenland (GL), Faroe Islands (FO), Scottish Highlands (Highlands), Isle of Man (IM), Guernsey (GG), Jersey (JE)
If we are unable to deliver the ordered goods - for example due to unforeseeable high demand or bottlenecks at suppliers - we will inform you immediately of any delay caused by this. In the event of cancellation, you shall bear the direct costs of returning goods that can be sent by parcel post.
